Summary

This PR switches NIP-54 from Asciidoc to Djot format, as proposed in #2082.

Changes:

Replace Asciidoc syntax with Djot
Use Djot reference-style links for wikilinks (e.g., [cryptocurrency][] instead of [[cryptocurrency]])
Add JSON examples for Merge Requests and Redirects
Add wikilink examples for non-Latin scripts
Add "Why Djot?" section explaining the rationale
