the hero section previously used a static screenshot which didn’t effectively communicate how the product feels in use. replacing it with a short looping video gives users a more immediate understanding of the interface and speed of the app.
the additional small visual annotation draws attention to the demo while keeping the section lightweight. the other changes are minor cleanup improvements to keep the layout and code more consistent.
