improve hero section demo and minor layout cleanup

• replace the static hero image with an autoplaying demo video to better showcase the product in action
• add a small visual annotation (“yep its that fast”) and arrow graphic to highlight the demo
• simplify the hero container background styling
• remove unused image usage and switch to a <video> element with autoplay, loop, and muted for a smoother demo experience
• clean up formatting in AppSidebar imports for better readability
• remove the unnecessary Desktop:pt-0 override in HowToStartSection to simplify the layout styles

why this change
the hero section previously used a static screenshot which didn’t effectively communicate how the product feels in use. replacing it with a short looping video gives users a more immediate understanding of the interface and speed of the app.

the additional small visual annotation draws attention to the demo while keeping the section lightweight. the other changes are minor cleanup improvements to keep the layout and code more consistent.
