Patch release fixing a data-loss regression from 0.4.19.

Fixed

• v0.4.19 could silently discard unsaved workspace layout changes — on every Obsidian startup, and when toggling the plugin off/on in Community Plugins, the plugin force-reloaded the last-used workspace's saved layout, overwriting whatever unsaved layout was currently on screen (#127).

Changed

• That force-reload was originally added on purpose, to fix the status bar showing the wrong workspace name after a restart. Since both behaviors are legitimate depending on your workflow, it's now a setting instead of a fixed choice: "Reload workspace layout on startup", off by default. Leave it off to let Obsidian's own session restore handle startup untouched; turn it on to force the last-used workspace's saved layout to reapply on every launch (restoring the 0.4.19 behavior, including the label-agrees-with-layout fix).
