Paired Engineering helps software teams use AI in real delivery work without weakening judgment, verification, or capability growth.
It brings together the core model, rollout guidance, leadership material, workshop content, exercise packs, and pilot evidence tools.
It is designed to do two things:
- help people understand the approach quickly
- help adopters put the approach into practice
