stb_image: Support for POWER SIMD

Q1: Would you be open for contribution to further optimize stb_image on POWER ISA architecture (POWER8, 9 and 10)?
Q2: If the answer for Q1 is yes, would you accept features that is vendor-locked (for example GCC x86-intrinsic-to-VSX translation)? OR would you prefer a compiler-agnostic solution?

Q1: No. I think it's a little too limited a target, but also we have no way of testing or maintaining it ourselves. You can always just make it for yourself or maintain a public fork if you want.

FYI There is https://github.com/IBM/actionspz for CI runners and sponsored POWER-based host by Oregon State University. Plus Fedora COPR also offer POWER-based build machine if users want to build Red Hat / Fedora RPM packages.

I have been maintaining my own fork however it would be more ideal if the official upstream project supports it.
