Lots of updates to Google Noto Sudanese
Conjuncts added

24 conjuncts have been added and marked light green.
Careful attention has been given to how far the conjuncts descend below the baseline, with the descending outlines being shorter in height than the base forms found above the baseline (see image). This is to avoid collisions with the line below and having the 'below descender' elements identical in height to the 'above baseline' elements looked odd.

No anchors have been added to the 24 conjunct additions. I could find no information on if the conjuncts support the SIGN characters (uni1BA1 to uni1BAD), considering the conjuncts are archaic.
Given the source features no kerning and a steep slope, it isn't possible solely use metric values to ensure accurate spacing between the new conjuncts and the proceeding characters. Spacing has been completed to the best possible solution without any character-to-character kerning.
Multiple fixes to many glyphs
The italic angle in a decent amount of the established glyph-set were lacked consistency with their angle. The Bold weight had the most issues. Metrics were also affected. I've gone though and completed many tweaks to bring things in line. These glyphs are marked dark green.
