Dynamically add applications to Nova

This allows a user to add/remove/update a Nova application during runtime.

Work left:

• Check if a cowboy server already runs with given configuration
• Add "Remove application"-logic
• Remove routes for a specific application
• Write documentation
• Test this properly so we don't break anything
• Make the update route-strategy configurable (overwrite existing, ignore if exists etc)
