Allow payload data to have empty values

The messages stopped being sent due to the fact that the URL is now being hard-checked. It was more convenient when I could send the url, but I could send an empty value.

We've reproduced the issue. Does your use case require the payload.redirectUrl to be a redirect URL or null?

Meanwhile, replacing redirectUrl with a URL (actual or fake, depending on whether you are using the default or a custom <Inbox />) should unblock you.

Following @SokratisVidros question if the case is that redirect url can be URL or null, could you share your use case where one notification can be both clickable and not clickable.

I set different conditions where actionUrl is null and is not null
I can send a request where actionUrl has some value and can send a request without actionUrl. In the second option my temaplate, that use actionUrl variable, exec with error because the variable doesnt exist in payload data.
