Add Support section with PayPal donate button Adds a donate button to the wiki landing page and to the Support page. Uses PayPal's link form rather than the Donate SDK snippet: GitHub wikis strip <script> tags and rewrite id attributes, so the SDK could never run or find #donate-button. Rewrite Home, add Privacy Policy and Support pages The old Home page held a contradictory privacy text (location/ads paragraph next to "we collect nothing"); the app collects nothing, so the new policy says exactly that.
