YouTube embed doesn't support start timestamp #47

Describe the bug
If a YouTube link contains additional parameters like t=1234, those are not included in the embedded link.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new markdown file
  2. Use a link with a start timestamp (e.g. https://youtu.be/HmZKgaHa3Fg?t=2733)
  3. Build the page and start playing the embedded YouTube video.

Expected behavior
The video should start playing at the expected time.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 1.3.0

Additional context
I believe the issue is related to how the ID is parsed here
