• Add --llms-txt-strategy flag to nia sources index command

  Users can now control how llms.txt is used during documentation indexing:

  • prefer (default) — use llms.txt URLs and supplement with crawled pages
  • only — use only URLs from llms.txt
  • ignore — skip llms.txt entirely and rely on crawling
