Huge empty space around "Get started" block on some packages

Describe the bug

There is an issue with grid layout on packages, which have short readme section. All blocks in the left section should be alignend to top, so there is no unnesessary empty space

It seems like npmx really doesn't want you to get stated with Angular

Hey — I can take this. The left column blocks should align to the top of the grid instead of stretching with empty space. Will check the grid layout and open a PR.
