Tuned profile for users involved in a Project. Maintainers have custom descriptions for themselves depending on where these are shown. For example, some maintainers don't want to include their full Bluesky profile description in an Open Source Team Page (see ]Vite Team](https://main.vite.dev/team) as an example).
There is info that may not be relevant to the Project. I think long-term the way to go may be to have structured data in general users profile (like Mastodon has with profile fields, but going further). But we may need for now a "how you want me to introduce you when I talk about you in the context of this project". This is very useful for conferences for example, where they need to ask this over and over to their speakers. Same for "what avatar should i use", "what social profile" (a person may have a more professional one and a personal one).
A user needs to have a record claiming it part of a Project, so that record could include a User Profile Description (that if empty could default to its general profile description)
