[Bug] Footer does not show up in Firefox

I looked at how it's supposed to function on chrome and it seems like it's supposed to reveal itself once you scroll down. Doesn't seem like this works in Firefox

OS: Windows 11 Pro (10.0.26100 Build 26100)
Browser: 147.0.1 (64-bit)

In AppFooter.vue,

This seems to prevent the footer to apply the footer-scroll-state class in Firefox because scroll-state container type is not yet supported, which causes the footer to have fixed position and at the bottom all the time

This may not be helpful but... I'm not quite sure what the pattern is (I use Firefox), but I've sometimes seen the footer and other times not. 🤷🏼
