I have added the Turkish (tr-TR) translation file.

• Translated all keys in tr-TR.json.
• Used a modern and friendly tone (informal "you" / "sen" language) to match the project's vibe.
• Aligned technical terminology (e.g., dependencies, assets, install) with common usage in the Turkish developer community.
