Have a more complete settings.fut file

I think the settings.fut concept works alright.  I would like to be able to set more defaults, and possibly in a nicer way (I'm not sure).  For example, due to the added cost of 3D fractals it might make sense to have a lower default number of iterations in 3D compared to 2D.
