This release contains a lot of UI and design enhancements, thanks to @pdimu . There's even more UI changes coming soon!

Improvements:

• Refreshed topic editing: creation sheet, name field, shape and color pickers, and timer settings UI
• Settings pages and the navbar are now themed to match the current topic
• Quicker access to topic settings from the timer screen
• Translation updates (thanks to Weblate contributors)

Fixes:

• Fixed dynamic color theme not being respected
• Fixed huge durations being recorded ([BUG] Infinity Focus: Extremely long break time #299, [BUG] 175h of focus time recorded. #278)
• Editing the timer is now only blocked for the running topic
• Various small UI fixes
