Switches generated DSPy bindings to SnakeBridge 0.12.0 split layout, replacing
the monolithic dspy.ex with per‑module files and updating introspection to scan
the directory.

Adds the RLM API introspection example plus guide, and fixes example regressions:

- Direct LM call now uses Dspy.LM.forward/3 and handles provider payloads.
- RLM data extraction experiment trace attributes are valid module attributes.
- README and examples index reflect the split wrappers and updated examples.
