Implement core engine parity with upstream GEPA semantics and add new features
including GenericRAG, Qdrant support, and ReqLLM embeddings. Rework adapter
dispatch and state persistence to ensure consistency. Expand test suite to
925 tests and update documentation with guides for upstream API parity,
adapters, and live optimization examples.
