Good content additions! More detailed edits can be done later of course, but in general, nothing about these changes breaks any previously built structure... it just brings the "Our-Cookbook" descriptive section to the front page.

Made changes to several pages; the homepage, how-to, data formats and types, tutorials overview, tools we use, and probably others I am forgetting. Also made some outline/ structural changes.
