Goby 0.2.0

Goby 0.2.0 is available at https://rubygems.org/gems/goby.

New features include the following:

• Music module provides looping background music,
• Player can travel to multiple Maps - Map state is saved,
• Fighter module encapsulates Entity battle behavior (thanks @scosbet!),
• goby executable generates simple starter project,
• Monsters may drop multiple treasures,
• Entity stats are now a Hash (thanks @Jeff-Hostetler!),
