Enhancements

• Report Changes
  • The approved column now displays the number of the months submitted data
    requests that were approved at any point in time, as opposed to the number
    of data requests that were approved that month
• Variable Changes
  • Labels have been renamed to tags

• Fixed a bug that grouped variables into the same folder when one folder name
  was the prefix of another folder
