Can't Activate Windows by phone

First, really nice, easy, and clean setup, It’s a cool and efficient way to debloat Windows without breaking functionality. Thanks for putting this together

I was experimenting, and I managed to get Tiny11 (25H2) up and running in the latest VMware 25H2 without the hardware requirement (i.e., TPM, etc.)

The only snag I hit was during Windows activation: when I tried using SLUI 4 for offline (phone) activation, I ran into an error and couldn’t complete the process.

Could you point me in the right direction on how to activate it offline via phone?

Is activating it with phone mandatory ? Or Offline ?
If not try with massgravel 👍🏼

If juste offline is mandatory; use KMS38 or TSForge in massgravel

In case you sill want phone activation, maybe online is require for it. Or reinstall phone app in tiny11 and retry.

I tried using that technique, but it did not work for me. But after working with ChatGPT and the link you provided, this worked for me

• slmgr /dli

• slmgr /dlv

• slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

• slmgr /ato --- NOTE did not work

• But when I tried SLUI 4 for offline, the option came up, and I was able to activate the OS with my legit key
