Limit chart resolution when collecting flows #9138
Description
Having historical charts with a resolution up to 1 second creates misleading results when analysing traffic which comes from exporters with a higher max flow duration (typically 1 minute), as the chart shows spikes in correspondence with received flow updates with accumulated counters. It would be nice to change (limit) the chart resolution according to the exporter max flow duration (automatically is desirable, but a preference is also fine) to be at least equal.
