This adds `EnableStripWhitespaceOnSave` and `DisableStripWhitespaceOnSave` functions as an alternative for `ToggleStripWhitespaceOnSave`. Using these you can (correctly) set the variables for the buffer to allow the toggle to work. I updated the readme to reflect this change. Closes #54
