Optimize JSON printing using json.Encoder to reduce memory allocations.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14138948004377014929 started by @blue4209211

Replaced `json.MarshalIndent` with `json.NewEncoder` in `pkg/format/format.go` to stream JSON output directly to the writer. This avoids allocating a large byte slice for the entire JSON payload in memory, improving performance for large outputs.

Performance impact:
- Reduced memory allocations by streaming output.
- Avoided intermediate buffer creation.

Verified with `go test ./pkg/format/...`.
