1. Just click "create backup"
2. And waiting
3. Data backup failed (job was cancelled)/(Failed to get handle on file)

If you're using sdcard for Storage Location, could you check if changing it to Internal/phone storage "fixes" it? cuz sometimes sdcard is handled weirdly for some reason...

If you're using sdcard for Storage Location, could you check if changing it to Internal/phone storage "fixes" it? cuz sometimes sdcard is handled weirdly for some reason...

I've tried using internal storage, but the same thing happens.
