No TMDb ID found error, seems agent-related

I've checked the verbose logging and it is failing to match a TMDB ID from Plex for every item: "labelarr | [SKIP] No TMDb ID found for:"

I am unsure what "make sure Plex is using the TMDb agent" means? There is no specific TMDB agent available, I am using the Plex Movie and Plex Series agents.

I am hoping to avoid radarr/sonarr or file renames, since my Plex has already matched all the local files.

It might be worth noting that I am also using Kometa for collections, and it seems to be able to map my Plex-to-TMDb data without an issue.
