feat: add Solana activity timeline

Summary

• add a pinned Activity tool that renders DAEMON's persisted activity log as a Solana development flight recorder
• add non-toast activity recording for durable background events
• record terminal, scaffold, runtime/validator, launch preflight, wallet send, and swap activity
• add timeline filtering for All, Wallet, Runtime, Terminal, Scaffold, and Errors
