Handle PNPM Approved Builds

When using pnpm create nuxt, dependency installation fails due to PNPM now throwing an error (ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS) when build scripts have been blocked. This causes the whole project creation to fail, and steps such as initializing a git repository are skipped. Allowing users to approve builds interactively, or some other fix would prevent this.

I think the easiest solution would be to automatically add a pnpm-workspace file with the correct set of allowbuilds. Interactive approvals would work for local installs, but not if you use it on say CI to create a test nuxt project.

Good point! Not all uses of the command would be in an interactive shell. But how would the correct builds be determined?
