`UColorPicker`: Horizontal Hue Slider & Value Inputs

Description

Currently, the hue slider is positioned on the right and oriented vertically. This works well for on-screen color picking, but inside a popover, vertical space is more valuable than horizontal space. It would be better to have an orientation prop that allows moving the hue slider to the bottom in a horizontal layout.

Additionally, there are no text inputs for Hex, HSL, or other values. These would be useful to have built into the component.
