Reproduction

To reproduce add the UPopover menu and try to trigger it from a Mobile Crypto Wallet Browser, example: Keplr Wallet Browser

Description

Popover and DropdownMenu do not work as expected for hover mode on mobile/touch devices due to missing hover events. Proposed solution is to add library-level touch event support as described above.
