Hello! I tried to deploy a Nuxt app to Vercel along with an express-based API (using
serverMiddleware). The Nuxt app requires data from the API to be able to server-side render it.This seems like a common use case, as many issues have been raised in the past:

Despite these, it took me over an hour to figure how to get this to work. This PR contributes a docs section which outlines how to make it work. (p.s. I apologize for my tone; I was quite frustrated because I assumed this won’t take longer than 10 minutes.)
