The legate tests fail on OS X due to illegal instruction, and they don't produce artifacts. I think we could just merge this for now and worry about the tests when we figure out why the OS X tests are not working. FYI @manopapad. |

Tested alongside with nv-legate/legate/pull/901. After 901 is merged, the legate.core hash should be updated.
