[BUG] `FlutterSuper` not work

Current Behavior

FlutterSuper command can't list jumpable locations and notify error.

Expected Behavior

It should show jumpable locations

Steps To Reproduce

Move cursor to a widget class , then run FlutterSuper command will display the following error message:

dartls: -32602: Invalid params for dart/textDocument/super: params must be of type TextDocumentPositionParams

Environment

- OS: macOS Sequoia 15.2


- Flutter version:

Flutter 3.27.3 • channel stable • https://github.com/flutter/flutter.git
