[mini.files] Add "yank path" and "open in default app" functionality

The fact that these keymaps are shown in the documentation implies that mini.files aims to stay as minimal as possible. As such, it's better to keep these keymaps in user space.

Also, I would prefer using vim.ui.open instead of calling xdg-open:
