Show length of time ranges in agenda when grid is on

It could make the view of time-range tasks in the Agenda more intuitive if their length is explicitly shown in the time grid.

Currently, all events are shown as one line items in the Agenda:

It would be better if the loong events are somehow more visible, for e.g.

This could be a step towards a calendar app like style of showing the daily events.

I introduced this remove-range-match option for you, so I can tweak it :)

Could the empty lines be colored with the event highlighting (in my case blue in the screenshot?), now they're gray like the grid.
