It appears that lua-language-server now correctly resolves the lua version - it uses 5.1 instead of the default 5.4.

@gegoune I'd be most grateful for a sanity test: jump to the definition of something like table.concat and ensure that it is using the correct version e.g. /tmp/lua-language-server-1000/instance.IKvj/meta/Lua 5.1 en-us utf8/table.lua

Seems to work well:
<C-] on table.concat took me to ~/.cache/lua-language-server/meta/Lua 5.1 en-us utf8/table.lua.
