🎉 GenGen ToolBox 1.3.1 正式发布！ 🔧✨

🆘 这是一个紧急发布版本，感谢 https://git.ppp.ac.cn/ 加速镜像的对于 GGTB 1.0~1.3.0 的付出，但现在它 Die 了，并且因为镜像站的问题，老版本也无法正常更新，在 1.3.1 版本以后，我们将采用 https://gitproxy.click/ （GSML的操作） 和 https://proxy.pipers.cn/ （GGTB与GSML的链接）加速站以获得更好的服务。

紧急修复内容

  1. 正式修复关于管理员的问题
  2. 紧急更改 Github 镜像站
