Shortcut documentation

Should all the shortcuts be documented? Which ones? Should they be documented on the website and in the in-app shortcut list? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I was considering opening an issue when I noticed that the blackout feature during presentations was not documented. But the more I look into this it is less clear to me what should and should not be documented in the in-app shortcut list.

Currently missing some documentation:

• B - blackout during presentations
• G - all-slides grid in speaker view or jump to slide during presentations
• [ / ] - collapse the side panels
• Ctrl/⌘ B, I, U - text formatting
• Ctrl/⌘ +, −, 0 - zoom
