For Code token colors, switch to using colors from a Palette (rather than hardcoded constants)

Bento allows users to customize the color scheme of the deck (via palette.ts).

Code snippet tokens don't follow this at the moment. I propose that migrate the hard coded list of colors in code.ts and use the same themedRefs style resolution for these colors. The key difference is that code color scheme is global to the deck.
