Add cursor-based pagination to list tools (messages, events, contacts, threads, drafts) to eliminate duplicate data in paginated workflows. Remove grant_id from all 44 tool schemas and document it once in server instructions, reducing tool list payload by ~500 tokens. Return plain text for simple responses (deletes, time conversions) instead of JSON. Add 30-second request timeouts, HTML-to-text stripping for email bodies, and error sanitization to prevent URL/credential leakage.
