Several models -- Account, Calendar -- have typings inconsistent with docs

According to docs, Account should always have an id field with type string. But in this SDK, the id field is allegedly optional. Same w/ Calendar.

Hey @asktree! I looked into the issue and I'm not so sure about this typing inconsistency. id, accountId and object are optional because while the Nylas API will always return id, accountId and object values in the server response in the SDK itself when creating a new object like a Calendar or Draft or something with POST support you are no expected to pass in the aforementioned values as these values are read-only and generated from the server side when the object is first created. For Account your point makes sense because there's no POST, and thus in every scenario we should be expecting an id to always be present. However for most of the other RestfulModel type classes these values shouldn't be required. Let me know if my explanation doesn't make sense or if I missed something!

Edit: We will look into this issue as well with a closer eye and see if there is a path forward where we can both require expected properties like id while also omitting it for creating a new object. We will update once we've reached a conclusion regarding this matter!
