Fixed

  • Qwen/OpenCode/Agy dispatch gaps closed (closes #566): Qwen passes --auth-type, OpenCode model resolution wired up (no hang), smoke test now exercises Agy. (#568)
  • agy is the research-phase default (#569)
  • Codex plugin marketplace name mismatch fixed so plugin-name validation passes (#570)
  • Tangle dispatch and quality gates hardened (#571); hard-gate failures now retry instead of aborting (#572)
  • session-end.sh sentinel cleanup guarded against an empty-match glob that could delete the working directory (#567)
  • Council quorum gates on distinct approving vendors, not just distinct responders, with verdict-gating (#577)
