Remove MinaExplorer links

I've dropped support for Devnet on MinaExplorer. I've already 301 redirected links to Minascan, so they work in the frontend, but naming and direct links should be updated accordingly.

@directcuteo these links are in the frontend I suppose (cannot think of others), can you update those to use minascan instead?

I saw a reference to proxy.devnet.minaexplorer.com, but that might be historical and not used, as this is a public devnet proxy

@garethtdavies yes just found that one, it is a test that we don't use anymore, I will remove it
