Create documentation about each endpoint the dashboard is using

This PR adds comprehensive documentation for all endpoints used by the dashboard frontend.

Changes

• Document all HTTP/RPC endpoints that the dashboard consumes
• Include request/response schemas and examples for each endpoint
• Add usage notes and parameter descriptions
• [If applicable] Update API reference documentation with endpoint mappings

Context

The dashboard frontend interacts with various backend endpoints. This documentation
provides a complete reference for:

• Developers working on the frontend
• API consumers integrating with the dashboard
• Future maintainers understanding the endpoint contracts
