all fields of data except data.auraInstanceID are mostly secrets, I can't use them to filter auras like isBossAura and isFromPlayerOrPlayerPet. for boss aura, maybe I can use privateauras or RAID filter string as a workaround. But how can I get filtered for my pet? any idea or help will be appreciated.

You're pretty much limited to the non-secret aura data and filter strings (you can use C_UnitAuras.IsAuraFilteredOutByInstanceID).

Yeah I know that function. but the sad thing is that it has no filter string for my pet. Anyway, I just read an article on Wowhead that in 12.0.5, isFromPlayerOrPlayerPet won't be secret anymore. I need to wait for the patch then lol.

That boolean is the equivalent of the PLAYER aura filter, so you should be able to implement it already. The reason isFromPlayerOrPlayerPet is becoming non-secret is just for performance.
