Publishes the smart-contracts package under
@oaknetwork/contracts-sdk(version 1.0.0) so it matches the@oaknetwork/payments-sdknaming pattern. Updates imports, documentation, and tooling across the monorepo. Adds npm metadata (homepage,keywords,bugs) for both published packages.
