Add/edit user dialog looks blank in dark mode

Describe the bug
Add/edit user is unusable in dark mode...looks like a blank white dialog.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on dark mode
2. Go to ADMIN -> Users in the menu
3. Hit "Edit" on any user card
4. See the white screen of death.

Expected behavior
I should be able to tell what I'm editing. 🤣
