Edit guild looks blank in dark mode

Describe the bug
The add/edit guild dialog looks nearly blank in dark mode

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on Dark Mode
2. Go to DIRECTORY -> Guilds & Communities
3. Click on 'EDIT GUILD' on any guild card
4. See the blankness
5. Sidenote: That community toggle needs a bit of left padding.

Expected behavior
I can see what I'm doing.
